Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis Position reports to:\nSales Support Manager\nYour role and responsibilities :\n\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support proactive business development aligned with the division’s strategy in countries where business conditions require increased attention and focus. Each day, you will provide business support, including expertise in products, applications, solutions, and segment and customer (group) support for the assigned product portfolio, ensuring sustainable deployment of the division’s strategic plan. You will also showcase your expertise by facilitating activities to drive profitable business growth.\n\nThe work model for the role is: #LI Hybrid\n\nThis role is contributing to the Process Automation business of process industries division in Bangalore Location.\n\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nOwn and continuously optimize the end-to-end lead management process, from lead capture to opportunity creation, ensuring measurable impact on pipeline generation and conversion.\n\nAnalyze lead behavior, account signals and campaign performance to improve lead quality, prioritization and conversion rates using a data-driven approach.\n\nMonitor and report funnel performance (leads, MQL, SQL, pipeline, conversion rates), proactively identifying gaps and leading improvement initiatives.\n\nEnsure data quality, consistency and governance across systems (Salesforce, Power BI, Monday.com), enabling accurate reporting and actionable insights.\n\nAct as an AI subject-matter resource for the Marketing and Communications community, translating AI capabilities into practical use cases and enabling team members to adopt AI-driven ways of working.\n\nProactively share best practices, frameworks and learnings related to AI, analytics and automation through documentation, coaching and collaboration, strengthening overall digital and analytical maturity of the team.\n\nSupport strategic campaign execution by providing insights on target accounts, audience engagement and content effectiveness.\n\nActs as a key contributor to optimizing lead management, analytics, and digital performance across the marketing funnel.\n\nQualifications for the role (Mandatory):\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field .\nCertifications are an asset:Salesforce / CRM tools,Analytics tools (Power BI, Google Analytics),Exposure to AI / automation tools\nSolid understanding of lead management lifecycle (Lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity) and B2B customer journey\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimization opportunities\nExperience with Salesforce and Power BI (or similar tools) for performance tracking and reporting\nFamiliarity with AI and automation tools, with a practical mindset to apply them in marketing and analytics\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align Marketing and Sales teams\nHigh attention to data quality, consistency, and governance across CRM and reporting systems\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, complex environment, managing priorities with a strong sense of ownership\nSolid understanding of B2B customer journey stages and campaign intent, and their impact on lead qualification and conversion.\n\nMore about Us:\nThe Process Industries Division serves the mining, minerals processing, metals, cement, pulp and paper, battery manufacturing, and food and beverage, as well as their associated service industries.
