Support user access reviews, firefighter access management, and compliance monitoring, and collaborate closely with SAP Security, Basis, and functional teams to ensure role governance and access compliance. Assist with internal and external audit requirements by providing necessary compliance evidence, and participate in risk assessments with recommendations for mitigation controls.

Drive governance standards, compliance policies, and best practices across SAP systems, while supporting implementation, enhancement, and upgrade activities related to SAP GRC solutions. And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience\n8+ years of SAP GRC/SAP Security experience.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with : SAP GRC Access Control , ARA (Access Risk Analysis) , ARM (Access Request Management) , EAM (Emergency Access Management) , BRM (Business Role Management)\n\nStrong understanding of SAP Security concepts and authorization design.\n\nExperience supporting SOX and compliance-driven environments.\n\nKnowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and Fiori security concepts.\n\nExperience working with auditors and compliance teams.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\n\nPreferred Skills and Experience\nSAP GRC certification preferred.\n\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.\n\nExposure to cloud and hybrid SAP environments is a plus.\n\nExperience in regulated enterprise environments.\n\nBeing You\nThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
