Oracle Record-to-Report (RTR) Functional Consultant

Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.\n\nThe Role\nKey Responsibilities\n• Lead functional workshops for Record-to-Report (R2R) processes across General\nLedger (GL), Subledger Accounting (SLA), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management\n(CM), Intercompany, and Financial Close .\n• Analyze current-state financial processes and design future-state R2R flows aligned with\nOracle Fusion Financials Cloud best practices.\n• Configure Oracle Fusion modules for GL, FA, CM, Intercompany, SLA rules , and\naccounting transformations including FAH-based accounting if applicable.\n• Develop Business Process Design documents, Configuration Workbooks,\nFunctional Design Specifications (FDS) and end-to-end process documentation.\n• Support chart of accounts design, financial calendar setup, ledger configuration, and\nreporting hierarchy definition.\n• Validate R2R integration touchpoints with Procurement (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC),\nProjects (PPM), FAH, and EPM (FCCS/EPBCS) .\n• Collaborate with Integration teams to define and test interfaces for journals, bank\nstatements, asset data, and intercompany transactions using OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP\nAPIs .\n• Support financial data migration including COA mapping, opening balances, asset\nconversion, bank configuration, and reconciliation.\n• Create and execute test scenarios for SIT, UAT, regression testing , and period-close\nsimulations.\n• Validate R2R accounting accuracy across subledgers, SLA rules, FAH transformation\nrules, and GL postings.\n• Provide functional support for cutover, period close readiness, deployment, and\nhypercare activities.\n• Collaborate with reporting teams to validate OTBI, BI Publisher, and financial\nstatement reports .\n\nWho You Are\nRequired Qualifications:\n• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering , or related\ndiscipline.\n• 10-15+ years of ERP experience with 7+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud\nfocused on GL, FA, CM, Intercompany, SLA and related R2R processes.\n• Strong understanding of subledger-to-ledger accounting , SLA rules, financial\nreporting, and multi-currency, multi-ledger environments.\n• Experience with FAH (Fusion Accounting Hub) for accounting transformations and\nintegration with upstream systems.\n• Familiarity with downstream reporting and consolidation requirements using FCCS /\nEPBCS .\n• Experience working with integrations using OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs , and R2R\nreporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).\n• Hands-on experience with data migration , GL balances, asset conversions, and\ncash/bank migration.\n• Prior experience supporting multi-region deployments (NA, EMEA, APAC) and\nquarterly Oracle Cloud updates.\n• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.\n• Preferred Certifications: Oracle Cloud Financials (GL/FA/CM) Certification.\n\nBeing You\nThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
