Role: Senior AI Engineer – Generative AI & Azure
Experience – 8 to 13 years
Location – Pan India – 4 days WFO

AI/ML - We are looking for an experienced engineer with experience who can architect and implement Agentic AI systems using Azure AI Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Copilot Studio. The candidate should be adept at developing and deploying autonomous AI agents for business process automation, such as document parsing, decision support, and conversational interfaces. Additionally, experience in integrating AI agents with enterprise platforms and applications.
The role also involves designing and optimizing prompt engineering workflows, leveraging LangChain, LangGraph, and other agent orchestration frameworks. Building and maintaining RAG pipelines for context-aware retrieval and response generation is another key responsibility. The engineer should apply Responsible AI principles to ensure ethical, secure, and compliant AI deployments.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and engineering leads, to align AI capabilities with business goals is crucial. Monitoring and enhancing agent performance using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and feedback telemetry, along with rapidly prototyping and iterating in sandbox environments to test new agent capabilities and use cases, are also part of the job.
