Required: Executive Assistant to Founder - Real Estate, Furniture
(Internship/Management Trainee)
Mumbai
Initially Hybrid (Work From Home), gradually transitioning to Office
I'm looking for an energetic MBA fresher (or someone with 1–2 years of experience) who wants to learn business by being in the middle of it.
What You'll Do
- Be the founder's second brain
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and ongoing projects
- Research markets, companies, people, and business opportunities
- Build databases, generate leads, and create networking opportunities
- Support talent acquisition by sourcing and coordinating high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, networking, and other channels
- Create presentations, reports, and pitch decks
- Attend meetings, networking events, and exhibitions on behalf of the company
- Assist with business development, content, and, when required, business reels
