Together with your team, you will also design and develop internal data models that underpin integration capabilities across the organization.\nYou will design, develop, test, version, and monitor APIs to ensure reliable and high-performing integrations[BK1] . You will work across the full development lifecycle, building and maintaining applications.\nBeyond delivery, you will actively contribute to continuous improvement within the team by Enhancing technical documentation, raising code quality standards and sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.\nHard Skills\n\nWho You Are\nYou're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it.

And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\nRequired Skills:\nStrong experience in python development, with the ability to design, build, and maintain scalable services\n\nExtensive hands-on experience with Azure services, App Services, Functions, Azure DevOps\n\nexpertise in API design, RESTful services, and API management practices\n\nExtensive hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling, including setting up, optimizing, and maintaining end-to-end deployment workflows\n\nStrong understanding of data models and system integration patterns, with the ability to design robust and scalable integrations\n\nClear communication with team members and stakeholders\n\nAbility to plan and deliver tasks on time\n\nProblem-solving with focus on practical solutions\n\nWillingness to learn and apply new tools\n\nAttention to detail in coding and documentation\n\nTeamwork and knowledge sharing\n\nPreferred Skills:\nintermediate experience with Mendix, with the ability to contribute to low-code development and support existing applications\n\nFoundational knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)\n\nBeing You\nThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
