Graphic Designer & Video editor

We are hiring a Graphic Designer and Video Editor at Brand Balance.

Brand Balance is a full-service branding, PR and ad-tech agency in Jaipur. We make design, motion, AI visuals and paid media for state government bodies across India, and for a strong line-up of consumer brands. The work is public-facing, the pace is real, and the standard is creativity max.

What the role looks like:

• Static design and short-form video, often inside the same campaign
• Reels, motion graphics, posters, decks, campaign creative
• Generative AI in the workflow, the way production actually runs now
• Fast feedback rounds, clean turnarounds, work that ships and gets seen

Who we are looking for:

• 1 to 4 years across design and editing, agency pace preferred; however, talent & Ai nuance will get more weightage than experience.
• Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Comfortable with AI tools like Firefly, Midjourney, Runway and Kling
• A portfolio that holds potential
