Role Description

You own an entire international region as your own business — the General Manager of your territory, accountable end to end for growth, profitability, and the P&L. You'll design and own a hyperlocal Trademarkia site for every country in your region: studying the market online and offline, doing the research yourself by phone, email, and WhatsApp, and building the right purchase workflow for each country — localized currencies, payment methods, and wording tuned to how that market actually buys. You'll build it AI-first with Claude Code, Cursor, and ChatGPT, and own SEO, GEO, paid acquisition, and ROI. You'll also recruit and manage a freelancer attorney network in your countries, re-underwrite existing agents for fit, and feature them across the localized and main Trademarkia sites — communicating with agents and customers in any language through AI.


Your mandate is simple: grow the business in the regions you're assigned. This is for exceptional, high-integrity builders with a global mindset — not for anyone seeking a single-lane finance, marketing, product, or engineering job.


Qualifications

  • AI-first operator — you build with Claude Code, Cursor, and ChatGPT every day, not occasionally
  • Engineering-first — you can design, build, and ship localized sites and workflows yourself
  • Entrepreneur-first — you think and act like an owner: find the problem, build the fix, ship it, measure it, scale it
  • Exceptional intelligence and a genuinely global mindset
  • High ethics and integrity — you'll be recruiting and representing licensed attorneys
  • Able to read, write, and think in any language using AI-first approaches for all agent and customer communication
  • Exceptional written and spoken English
  • Strong commercial and financial skills — P&L ownership and fluent modeling in Google Sheets
  • Hands-on growth ability across SEO, GEO, and paid acquisition (CAC, ROAS, ROI)
  • Comfortable doing firsthand market research by phone, email, and WhatsApp, in-country
  • Able to recruit, vet, manage, and re-underwrite foreign attorneys and agents
  • Top academic background preferred: Engineering / CS, Business or MBA, Global / International Business, or International Relations

As an International Market Owner, you are the General Manager of your region. You own growth, profitability, localization, marketing, operations, the foreign-agent network, and the P&L. End to end.


You will design and own a hyperlocal Trademarkia site for every country in your region — a site built specifically for how that one market actually buys.

You will:

  • Design, build, and own a localized site for each country in your region — not one regional page, but a tailored experience per market, built by you with AI.
  • Study the competitive landscape in each country, online and offline — then do the research yourself: pick up the phone, send the emails, message on WhatsApp, and use whatever channel gets you the truth about that market.
  • Design the optimal purchase workflow for each market: localized currencies, pricing, payment methods, and website wording — and figure out how people in that country actually buy.
  • Own the payment reality of each country — whether customers buy online or offline, prefer cards, mobile wallets, bank transfer, or cash-on-delivery and alternative local payment rails — and build the flow that converts there.
  • Use Claude Code, Cursor, and ChatGPT to ship these sites, landing pages, automations, and experiments at engineering speed.
  • Own SEO, GEO, and AI-search visibility so Trademarkia is the answer in every country you run.
  • Launch and optimize paid campaigns against real CAC, ROAS, and ROI.
  • Recruit and build a freelancer attorney network in the countries you own — vetting, contracting, onboarding, and managing licensed local attorneys as Trademarkia network agents.
  • Work with existing agents in your region and re-underwrite them — assess who is the right fit, keep the strong ones, and upgrade or replace the rest.
  • Feature your contracted attorneys on both the localized country site and the main Trademarkia website, so each market has a credible, visible local presence.
  • Recruit, manage, and pay local trademark agents — and keep every cost in your P&L.
  • Build and defend your market’s P&L in Google Sheets — and prove, with numbers, that you are growing it.
  • Above all: grow the business in the regions you are assigned. That is the job.
