Voy India, previously EarlyFit, is India’s first full-stack metabolic health and weight loss platform. Built at the intersection of healthcare, science, and consumer technology, we have combined GLP-1, medical expertise, endocrinologist-led care, diagnostics, nutrition coaching, and ongoing behavioural support into one seamless experience.

What You'll Do ?

• Own and drive end-to-end growth strategy across Meta, Google, and other paid acquisition channels. Optimize funnels, take feedback from Sales teams
• Build and manage strategic partnerships to unlock new growth opportunities and revenue streams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Creative, CRM, and Analytics teams to improve conversion and retention.
• Be the right hand for the Founders

What We're Looking For

• 10-15 years of experience in Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing, preferably in consumer internet, D2C, or healthtech.
• Expertise in managing Meta and Google.
• Strong understanding of attribution, funnel optimisation, and growth analytics.
• Stakeholder management and team leadership
