We excel in inventory management, maintaining optimal stock levels to meet demand without excess.

Through clear communication and adept use of technology, the team ensures exceptional customer satisfaction by fulfilling orders accurately and promptly.\n\nESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nProcessing sales orders for the company's sales divisions.\nDeveloping documentation related to support.\nPlanning inventory control.\nArranging distribution of products.\nSolving problems in cases of product returns.\nPlacing orders, processing return requests, and entering credits.\nHandling customer inquiries regarding product information, ordering procedures, special orders, pricing, quotes, problems, returns, and shipping.\nCommunicating with customers about order status, any delays, or problems with their requests.\nServing as a liaison with third-party delivery services to coordinate deliveries and resolve problems.\nProviding information and assistance as needed to inventory and warehouse personnel to expedite\nprocessing of damaged and defective merchandise.\nPerforming additional duties as required or requested.\n\nDesired Candidate Profile\n\nThe candidate should possess minimum of 1–3 years of experience in an international process; specialization in Order Management is preferred.\nShould be a fast learner.\nThe candidate should possess relationship management skills since the job will involve liaising with\ncustomers and US stakeholders.\nThe candidate should have the ability to multitask, prioritize, learnmore, and be flexible.\nMust have excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills with all levels of employees and management.\nShould have excellent PC skills and be well-versed with Microsoft Products like Excel, Word, and Access (optional).\nGoal-oriented, motivated self-starter, with excellent organizational skills and strong problem-solving skills.\nGood follow-up skills and strong attention to detail.\nAbility to work effectively with other organizations and individuals at all levels with minimal supervision and assume accountability for issues until final resolution.\nFlexible to night shifts is mandatory (9:00 pm to 6:00 am).
