We are a fast-growing nutrition brand offering high-protein snacks and wellness products. We are looking for a confident and energetic Telesales Executive to connect with customers, drive sales, and build lasting relationships.


Key Responsibilities


  • Call and follow up with leads generated through Meta, website inquiries, WhatsApp, events, and other channels.

  • Convert inquiries into orders through effective communication and relationship-building.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers to drive repeat purchases.

  • Manage customer interactions through phone, WhatsApp, and email.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales activities in CRM/spreadsheets.

  • Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for order resolution.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.


Requirements


  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer sales, or telecalling.

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.

  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

  • Customer-focused with a positive and energetic attitude.
