We are a fast-growing nutrition brand offering high-protein snacks and wellness products. We are looking for a confident and energetic Telesales Executive to connect with customers, drive sales, and build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads generated through Meta, website inquiries, WhatsApp, events, and other channels.
- Convert inquiries into orders through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers to drive repeat purchases.
- Manage customer interactions through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales activities in CRM/spreadsheets.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for order resolution.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer sales, or telecalling.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Customer-focused with a positive and energetic attitude.
