Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.\n\nThe Role\nKey Responsibilities\nSAP ABAP Development\nDesign, develop, and optimize custom programs using ABAP (Reports, ALV, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms)\nDevelop and enhance BDC, BAPI, RFC, BADI, User-Exits, Enhancement Framework\nBuild and maintain SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts\nWork on Data Dictionary objects (Tables, Views, Indexes, Domains, Data Elements)\nPerformance optimization using SQL tuning, runtime analysis, and debugging techniques\nSAP PI/PO Integration\nDesign and implement end-to-end integration scenarios using SAP PI/PO\nBuild and configure: Integration flows (iFlows)\nMessage mappings, Interface mappings, Operation mappings\nCommunication channels and adapters (SOAP, REST, IDoc, RFC, File, JDBC)\n\nMonitor and troubleshoot interfaces using Message Monitoring, Component Monitoring\nHandle error handling, reprocessing, and performance tuning of interfaces\nSystem Integration & Interface Development\nDevelop IDoc, RFC, Proxy-based interfaces\nIntegrate SAP with 3rd party systems (cloud, legacy, APIs)\nWork with EDI interfaces and middleware communication\nEnsure data consistency and secure message exchange\nSupport & Maintenance\nProvide L2/L3 production support\nAnalyze and resolve incidents, defects, and performance issues\nPerform root cause analysis and implement preventive fixes\nWork on change requests and enhancements\nCollaboration & Delivery\nCollaborate with functional consultants (FI, MM, SD, HR, etc.)\nTranslate business requirements into technical solutions\nParticipate in Agile/Scrum delivery models\nPrepare technical documentation and unit test cases\n\nYour Future at Kyndryl\nThe career path ahead is full of exciting opportunities to grow and advance within the job family. And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\nRequired Skills\nTechnical Skills\nStrong expertise in: SAP ABAP (RICEF objects)\nSAP PI/PO 7.4/7.5\n\nGood knowledge of: Web Services (SOAP/REST)\nXML, XSLT, JSON\nSAP NetWeaver architecture\n\nExperience with: IDoc, ALE, Proxy, RFC interfaces\nSAP HANA (preferred: CDS views, AMDP basics)\n\nTools & Technologies\nSAP GUI, SE80, SE38, SE11\nSAP PI/PO Integration Builder, ESR, ID\nTransport Management (CTS)\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering\nSAP certifications (ABAP, PI/PO) are an advantage\nExperience in S/4HANA migration or integration projects\nExposure to SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) is a plus\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management\nAbility to work independently and in cross-functional teams\nAdaptability to fast-paced project environments\nExperience Level\n8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP with hands-on experience in PI/PO integration projects\nNice-to-Have\nExperience in API management / SAP Integration Suite\nKnowledge of Fiori/UI5 basics\nExposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD in SAP\n\nBeing You\nThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
