Role Overview :
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, qualified lead generation, and pipeline growth through a combination of demand generation, performance marketing, and digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience across outbound marketing, paid advertising, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and conversion optimization, with a strong focus on generating measurable business outcomes for both Pixelo and its clients.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Plan and execute multi-channel growth marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads, appointments, pipeline growth, and revenue.
- Develop and optimize outbound demand generation campaigns through cold email outreach, account-based marketing (ABM), prospecting initiatives, and lead nurturing programs.
- Manage and improve email deliverability, domain health, inbox placement, sender reputation, and outreach performance.
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Drive Search Engine Marketing (SEM) initiatives, including keyword research, campaign management, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies, including on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, content optimization, backlink initiatives, and organic traffic growth.
- Develop and execute organic growth strategies across LinkedIn and other relevant channels to increase engagement, brand visibility, and inbound lead generation.
- Monitor website performance and user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Hotjar, and other analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to create and optimize landing pages that improve conversion rates and campaign performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates across landing pages, website journeys, and marketing funnels through A/B testing and experimentation.
- Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing campaigns, audience segmentation strategies, and customer journeys.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports on key KPIs, including traffic, CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, meetings booked, pipeline generated, and ROI.
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives, growth targets, and revenue goals.
- Stay updated with emerging growth marketing trends, tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance and drive innovation.
Qualifications :-
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, Lead Generation, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation, customer acquisition, growth marketing strategies, and marketing funnels.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid acquisition platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, keyword research, technical SEO, content optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience managing outbound campaigns using tools such as Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, Lusha, Prospectoo, Clay, Phantombuster, SendGrid, and CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and marketing reporting tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving growth targets and business outcomes.
