About the Role

Silicon Comnet Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cyber Security Sales professional to drive business growth by identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities across enterprise and mid-market customers. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, consultative selling skills, and experience managing B2C/B2B sales cycles.

The role involves working with clients across industries such as BFSI, IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, Government, Healthcare, and Services, helping them implement end-to-end cybersecurity solutions to strengthen their security posture.


Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for cybersecurity solutions and services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CISOs, IT Heads, Security Teams, and key decision-makers.

• Understand customer security challenges and recommend suitable cybersecurity solutions.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.

• Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and OEM teams to develop winning solutions and proposals.

• Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and solution discussions.

• Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging cybersecurity technologies.

• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates.


Cybersecurity Solution Areas - you will work on opportunities related to:

• Web Application Firewall (WAF)

• Network Segmentation

• Endpoint Security

• Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VA/PT)

• Breach & Attack Simulation (BAS)

• Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• SaaS Security

• Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB)

• Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

• API Security

• Cloud Security Solutions


Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

• Experience in Cyber Security Sales, IT Security Sales, or Enterprise Technology Sales.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, products, and market trends.

• Experience in handling enterprise and mid-market customers.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Experience working with cybersecurity OEMs and channel partners will be an advantage.


Preferred Experience

• Selling cybersecurity solutions to BFSI, IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, Government, Healthcare, or Service sectors.

• Exposure to cloud security, IAM, endpoint security, network security, and application security solutions.

• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to information security.
