By being part of our team, you help uphold a quality culture that adapts and evolves to meet the needs of patients, ensuring that every product we deliver meets the highest standards of safety and efficacy.\nWhat You Will Achieve\nIn this role, you will:\nCreate, review, and approve test method transfer and validation protocols, reports, and equipment qualification records.\nMaintain compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices in Quality Control and Stability laboratories.\nSupport media preparation, Bio ball culture handling, and conduct microbiology-related investigations.\nPerform testing on various samples, manage Laboratory Information Management System builds, and review laboratory data.\nServe on cross-functional teams, conduct safety inspections, participate in investigations, recommend corrective actions, and train junior colleagues.\nHere Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)\nM.Sc Microbiology with 8-10 years of experience\nStrong technical skills in method validation and testing\nExperience in microbiological testing of water, bulk, Sterility, BET and Assay.\nDeep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging, and quality assurance operations\nDetail-oriented with robust knowledge of quality systems\nFamiliarity with Investigations, CAPA, Change management.\nEffective written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills\nBonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)\nRelevant pharmaceutical experience\nStrong understanding of computer system hardware, infrastructure, and networks\nExperience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)\nProficiency in data analysis and interpretation\nKnowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines\nStrong problem-solving abilities\nEffective time management and organizational skills\nAbility to mentor and train junior colleagues\nExperience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity.
