Our platforms support hospitals, government health departments, CSR initiatives, and NGOs by enabling accessible and data-driven preventive healthcare to strengthen our digital product experience, we are looking for a skilled React & Next.js Frontend Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience building modern web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, responsive UI development, API integration, and frontend performance optimization.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using React.js and Next.js

• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable frontend components

• Implement responsive UI/UX designs across desktop and mobile devices

• Implement pixel-perfect designs from Figma, or similar design tools.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.

• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO performance

• Work with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

• Participate in code reviews and development planning

• Debug and resolve frontend issues efficiently

• Follow best practices in frontend architecture and deployment workflows

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in:

• React.js
• Next.js
• JavaScript (ES6+)
• TypeScript
• HTML5 & CSS3

Experience with:

• Tailwind CSS / Material UI / Styled Components
• REST API integration
• Git & version control
• Responsive and mobile-first design
• SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SSG in Next.js
• Authentication & authorization flows
• State management (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.)

Testing & Quality

• Write and execute test cases for frontend components.

• Perform unit and integration testing using Jest, React Testing Library, or similar tools.

• Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues.

• Optimize Core Web Vitals and application performance.

• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional frontend development experience
• Understanding and hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React
• Sound knowledge in HTML, Tailwind CSS and JavaScript ES5 & ES6 and OOP Concept
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
