As a Functional Analyst at Kyndryl, you will be supporting and leading the analysis, design, and delivery of banking solutions. The role involves translating business needs into solution specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation aligned with business goals, technology standards, and regulatory requirements\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead identification, analysis, and documentation of business, system, and solution requirements\n\nDefine and validate performance, scalability, security, and service quality requirements\n\nPerform end-to-end impact analysis across applications, integrations, and data flows\n\nEnsure traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle\n\nOwn and drive solution design specifications aligned to enterprise architecture\n\nDevelop conceptual and logical data models\n\nDefine source-to-target data mappings and create data flow diagrams and transformation rules\n\nContribute to effort estimation and solution sizing\n\nAct as a key bridge between business and technology teams\n\nLead stakeholder discussions and ensure alignment across teams\n\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement where required\n\nMentor junior analysts and review deliverables\n\nDefine validation approach, test strategy, and acceptance criteria\n\nOversee SIT and UAT execution and ensure solution quality\n\nAnalyze defects, conduct root cause analysis, and drive resolution\n\nEnsure deployment readiness\n\nEnsure alignment with banking regulatory and compliance standards\n\nEmbed risk controls and cybersecurity considerations in solution design\n\nSupport audit, compliance reviews, and first-line-of-defense activities\n\nDrive process improvement and standardization of analysis practices\n\nIdentify opportunities to enhance customer experience through technology\n\nContribute to reusable assets and domain knowledge repositories\n\nYour contributions will have a significant impact on our products' success, and you will be part of a team that is passionate about innovation, creativity, and excellence. And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\n\nRequired Technical and Professional Experience\n5 to 7+ years of experience in banking or BFSI domain\n\nStrong understanding of Customer lifecycle and engagement processes: Customer onboarding, profiling, segmentation, and relationship management\n\nDeep knowledge of Marketing & Campaign Management capabilities:\n\nCampaign design, execution, monitoring, and performance analytics\n\nCustomer segmentation, targeting, personalization, and next-best-offer strategies\n\nExpertise in Customer Servicing & Interaction Management:\n\nCase management, service requests, complaint handling, and customer support processes\n\nOmnichannel interaction handling across branch, contact center, web, and mobile channels\n\nStrong understanding of lead and opportunity management and sales funnel processes\n\nKnowledge of integration with core banking, channels, and data platforms (customer 360 view)\n\nFamiliarity with end-to-end customer journeys and cross-domain dependencies\n\nAbility to engage with marketing teams, product managers, customer service units, and IT teams\n\nExposure to Salesforce, Google Analytics, Notification Service, IBM Campaign will be an added advantage\n\nStrong knowledge of solution design, product lifecycle, and data governance & analysis\n\nDeep understanding of testing, customer experience, incident/problem management, and application support\n\nExpertise in requirements analysis, solution specification management, and feasibility assessment\n\nStrong knowledge of banking products and services\n\nStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills\n\nStrategic mindset with strong business awareness\n\nExcellent communication (written and verbal)\n\nHigh level of accountability, integrity, and adaptability\n\nAbility to perform in complex and high-pressure environments\n\nPreferred Technical and Professional Experience\nBachelore's/Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience\n\nPreferred Tools/Platforms: e.g., Jira, Confluence\n\nCertification in Agile SAFe\n\nBeing You\nThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
