The ideal candidate will combine administration proficiency with hands-on development skills , ensuring system stability while delivering scalable planning and forecasting solutions.\nRequired Technical and Professional Expertise :\nOverall 12+ Years of experience into IT.\nAdministration Manage TM1 servers, environments, and user security.\nMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.\nOversee upgrades, patches, and environment migrations (on-premise/cloud).\nImplement and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.\nEnsure compliance with IT governance and audit requirements.\n\nDevelopment Design and build TM1 cubes, dimensions, rules, and feeders .\nDevelop and optimize TurboIntegrator (TI) processes for automation and data integration.\nCreate and maintain Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) dashboards and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAx) reports.\nCollaborate with finance and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.\nOptimize cube performance, feeders, and rule calculations.\n\nSupport & Documentation Provide end-user support and training for TM1 applications.\nDocument technical specifications, workflows, and best practices.\nPartner with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, BI) to ensure seamless integration.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in IBM Cognos Planning Analytics (TM1) administration and development.\nProficiency in TurboIntegrator scripting, cube design, rules, and feeders .\nSolid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes .\nStrong SQL knowledge and experience integrating TM1 with relational databases.\nFamiliarity with PAW, PAx, and TM1 Web .\nExcellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.\nStrong communication and documentation abilities.\n\nBeing You\nThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
