With customers across 20+ countries, we’re on a mission to modernize timeless Indian craftsmanship while empowering over 900 weavers across multiple states, improving their earnings meaningfully.\n\nBacked by All In Capital, Eternal Capital, and leading D2C founders like Ghazal Alagh (Mamaearth), Sidhant Keshwani (Libas), Vidur Kataria (Master Chow), and Dhruv Kohli (Boba Bhai), Dressfolk is proudly worn by icons like Janhvi Kapoor, Vidya Balan, Mira Kapoor, Medha Shankar, and Guneet Monga.\n\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn marketplace growth and P&L across Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, Amazon (and other platforms as relevant), with clear targets on revenue, contribution margin, and growth.\nDrive end-to-end marketplace performance: selection planning, listing health, conversion rate, traffic, and repeat.\nLead catalog excellence : improve titles, attributes, keywords, images, A+ content, store pages, and size/fit information to lift CVR.\nOwn participation strategy for key events (e.g., EOSS, Big Billion Days, Prime Day equivalents, platform mega-days): forecasting, pricing, inventory, and offer architecture.\nWork closely with supply chain/ops to ensure in-stock, fill-rate, and OTIF performance; minimize cancellations/returns and protect account health.\nSet pricing, discounting, and promotional strategy to balance growth + profitability , while staying competitive within marketplace dynamics.\nDeep-dive data weekly to identify growth levers across: search rank, impressions, CTR, CVR, TACoS/ACoS (where applicable), returns, ratings, and contribution.\nTrack performance via dashboards and business reviews; communicate insights and action plans clearly to leadership.\n\nSkills & Experience We’re Looking For\nMandatory: Prior hands-on experience scaling brands on Myntra (one or more), in a growth/marketplace/category role.\n2–4 years of experience in marketplace growth, e-commerce strategy, category management, or performance-led roles for consumer brands.\nStrong understanding of marketplace fundamentals: search/discovery, catalog SEO, platform ads, deals, pricing, and event-led growth.\nAnalytical strength: comfortable owning metrics like revenue, contribution margin, ROAS/ACoS/TACoS, CVR, CTR, returns %, ratings, and cohorts (repeat).\nHigh ownership mindset with strong execution—can operate in fast-paced environments and deliver against aggressive goals.\n\nHow Dressfolk Will Propel Your Career\nDirectly shape and build Dressfolk’s marketplace growth engine across India’s largest fashion and commerce platforms.\nHigh ownership role where your decisions impact topline growth and profitability.\nOpportunity to build repeatable growth playbooks for event-led scaling, catalog excellence, and platform marketing.\nExposure to full-stack scaling: marketplaces + D2C + brand, with deep learning across merchandising, ops, and customer experience.\nWork closely with founder and leadership team on strategy, expansion, and execution.\nHigh-impact role with ESOPs that reward ownership and long-term commitment.\n\nFull-time role | Gurgaon (WeWork, VI John Tower) | www.dressfolk.com | Instagram: @dressfolk
