You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.\n\nAs a valued member of our team, you will provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties.

Together, we can make a difference in the world of cloud-based managed services.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMonitor and manage incoming tickets, ensuring all incidents and service requests are logged, categorized, and prioritized appropriately.\n\nAccurately determine issue severity and complexity to classify as Level 1 or Level 2.\n\nEscalate unresolved issues to higher-level teams or external vendors while maintaining ownership until resolution.\n\nIssue Triage and Resolution:\n\nConduct initial investigation and root-cause analysis for reported incidents.\n\nTroubleshooting and Analysis:\n\nDiagnose technical and functional issues in modules including AP, AR, GL, FA, HR, Banking, and others.\n\nCustomer Communication:\n\nMaintain professional and timely communication with users, keeping them informed about issue progress and resolution timelines.\n\nTranslate technical findings into user-friendly language to ensure clarity.\n\nAs a valued member of our team, you will provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties.

And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\nRequired Technical and Professional Expertise\n3-4 years of experience in a Support Analyst or similar role.\n\nProven experience in ERP system support, particularly Maconomy.\n\nComprehensive knowledge of Maconomy Financials modules, including:\n\nAccounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Human Resources (HR), Sales Orders, Timesheets, Expenses, Contract Management, Subscriptions, Reporting, and Banking.\n\nHands-on experience with ticketing and incident tracking systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).\n\nFamiliarity with ITIL best practices and frameworks.\n\nPreferred Technical and Professional Experience\nITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent.\n\nTraining or certification in Maconomy Financials is an added advantage.\n\nSkilled in creating clear, user-friendly documentation and reports.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nStrong analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.\n\nAbility to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and deadlines.\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience\n•Certification in one or more of the hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, and Google GCP) - otherwise, you can obtain certifications with Kyndryl\n•Experience with DevOps tools and modern engineering practices\n\nBeing You\nThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
