We're Hiring:\n\nAccounts/Finance Manager\nJunior Accountant\n\nBabli is a fast-growing D2C fashion brand looking to strengthen its Accounts & Finance team.\nWe are hiring for two positions:\n• Junior Accountant (1-3 years experience)\n• Accounts & Finance Manager (3+ years experience)\nLocation : Khokra, Ahmedabad (On-site)\n\nWhat we're looking for: Strong accounting fundamentals (Debit/Credit, Assets, Liabilities, P&L, Balance Sheet, Journal Entries)\nGST & TDS knowledge, compliance and return preparation\nExperience in finalization of accounts and coordination with CA for audit and compliance\nStrong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas, data handling, CSV import/export)\nBank reconciliation and net banking operations\nExperience in reconciliation of orders, payments, returns, COD, prepaid orders and payment gateway settlements\nAbility to identify reconciliation mismatches and discrepancies\nAbility to work with large volumes of financial and operational data\nExperience with ERP software (Logic ERP preferred)\nExperience in e-commerce, D2C, retail or garment industry preferred\n\nFor Senior Profiles: • Ability to prepare MIS reports\n• Understanding of cash flow management\n• Profitability and P&L analysis\n• Budgeting and financial planning\n• Ability to provide management with financial insights and decision-making reports\n\nSalary : Based on skills & experience\n\nWe are looking for people who are detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and capable of working in a fast-growing business environment.\n\n&A1; Immediate joiners will be preferred.\nApply here: https://forms.gle/zG4f3WdfjyGrpLa2A
