Job Description
- Role Overview (Position Summary)
Manager - Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) & Project Management is responsible for driving sales force effectiveness, performance analytics, SFA/CRM optimization, and execution of strategic commercial projects. The role combines strong analytical capabilities with project management expertise to support business growth, operational excellence.
- Overall Job Responsibilities
Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)
- Design, implement, and monitor sales force effectiveness frameworks to improve field force productivity and business performance.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards, KPIs and performance tracking mechanisms.
- Analyze trends, market dynamics, prescription data, and customer coverage effectiveness.
- Manage CRM systems and ensure effective utilization by field teams.
- Monitor call planning, customer segmentation, targeting, and coverage models.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR teams for performance management initiatives.
- Conduct ad hoc business analyses to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
Project Management
- Lead and manage cross-functional strategic projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project charters, timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and proactively address risks and issues.
- Support digital transformation, automation, CRM enhancement, and commercial excellence projects.
- Drive change management and stakeholder engagement during project implementation.
- Establish project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education
MBA (Master of Business Administration) or equivalent degree.
