Our Innovative Laboratory technologies & Services makes it easier for customers.\nEducation\nBachelor of Engineering (Information Technology / E&TC / CS / Instrumentation), BCA, MCA or relevant experience.\nExperience\n3+ years of hands-on working experience on Chromeleon CDS (Chromatography Data System) or any other enterprise CDS application.\nJob Summary\nHiring a skilled individual for the Customer Support Engineer position in Mumbai. This role supports the Chromeleon enterprise CDS. It involves onsite customer visit including travelling across India and APAC region.

It offers an outstanding opportunity to work in a world-class organization.\nResponsibilities\nAs a Customer Support Engineer, you will:\nRole includes Chromeleon CDS software deployments on all types of client-server network architectures.\nHands on experience of Windows domain, Server OS, Networking, DHCP, DNS and understanding of Cloud environment, Virtual servers, SQL, Oracle etc.\nDiagnose and troubleshoot Software issues, network issues to minimize downtime.\nKnowledge of Pharma Customer compliance and understanding of regulatory audits (USFDA, EDQM, ANVISA, EU).\nKnowledge of Chromatography instruments like HPLC’s, GC’s, MS and its usage in the industry.\nMaintain customer KPI’s and requires customer escalation handling skills\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement maintenance solutions.\nDetermine the most efficient methods for completing assigned tasks.\nRequires travelling at short notice for short or long duration based on project requirements.\n\nBenefits\nWe offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
