TL;DR:\nWe're looking for a hands-on Marketing & Growth Manager to join a fast-growing food brand's commercial team. You'll own end-to-end marketing execution for the US foodservice market, covering brand campaigns, go-to-market launches, lead generation, CRM, and sales enablement. If you're 4 to 8 years into a hybrid brand and growth marketing career and want to build something meaningful at a culture-forward food brand, this is the role.\n\nLocation: Fully remote\nRole type: Full-time, 3:30pm - 12:30am IST\nReports to: Chief Revenue Officer\n\nAbout the opportunity\nYou'll be joining the core commercial team of a modern US foodservice brand, working directly with the CRO and partnering daily with the Sales Development and Sales Operations functions.

This is a builder role. The team needs someone who can translate brand strategy into pipeline-driving campaigns and give the sales team the tools they need to win. You'll own the full marketing funnel across foodservice channels including restaurant, hospitality, healthcare, and convenience, with real scope to shape how the brand shows up in the US market.\n\nWhat you'll do\nPartner with the Sales Development Manager on lead quality, handoff timing, and campaign journeys that support opportunity initiation and pipeline progression\nRun go-to-market campaigns across digital, social, and alternate media with the creative team, focused on the US foodservice market\nOwn lead generation and lifecycle marketing across email and CRM, from segmentation through to retention\nBuild sales enablement assets including email sequences, sell sheets, and playbooks\nBuild brand visibility on LinkedIn and Instagram through following, commenting, and publishing relevant content\nSupport key customer programs across POS, merchandising, and platforms like Instacart and Uber Eats\nTrack full-funnel KPIs and use CRM and sales insights to continuously refine campaigns\n\nWho we're looking for\n4+ years in brand, growth, or lifecycle marketing with direct ownership of execution\nHands-on with CRM and email platforms such as Salesforce or Klaviyo, and familiar with prospecting tools like Apollo.io or Hunter\nWorked closely with a sales or sales development function and are comfortable across digital channels and social platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram\nYou balance strategy with execution and can build the campaign yourself\nYou flag issues early and bring solutions without being prompted\nYou use data to make decisions and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders\nStrong written English across copy, briefs, and stakeholder updates\nAble to manage multiple workstreams across brand, growth, and enablement at once\nComfortable in a lean, fast-moving team where ownership is expected from day one\n\nBonus points if you have\nA background in food and beverage, CPG, foodservice, or hospitality\nExperience supporting customer launches or in-market retail and foodservice programs\nA genuine understanding of Gen Z and Millennial consumer culture and modern food brands\n\nNote : By submitting your application, you consent to being contacted by Growthbuddy via phone call for screening purposes.
