Job Description:

Experience

15-20 years of overall IT experience with 12+ years in SAP SD, including lead/architect level exposure

Primary Skills

• SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)

• SAP AFS (Apparel & Footwear Solution) / Retail

• S/4HANA (preferred)

• Cross-module integration (MM, FI, WM)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD implementation / rollout / support projects across geographies

• Design and configure end-to-end OTC (Order to Cash) processes

• Work as a Solution Architect, ensuring integration with MM, FI, WM and external systems

• Drive S/4HANA transformation / rollout programs

• Collaborate with middleware/integration teams (SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft, etc.)

• Prepare Functional Specifications (FS), design documents, and test strategies

• Lead SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare support

• Interact with global stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions

• Conduct end-user training, documentation, and KT sessions

• Perform gap analysis, solutioning, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in SAP SD with AFS / Retail experience

• Extensive experience in OTC processes (Order, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, Returns)

• Hands-on experience in configuration, data migration, and testing

• Experience with integration tools (IDOC, BAPI, LSMW, middleware)

• Knowledge of S/4HANA architecture and implementation
