The Sky Service CCU - RM will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to our valued clients. - A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to provide creative solutions.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure client satisfaction.

- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of client portfolios, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Assist in the on-boarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions and transactions.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth back-end processes and efficient service delivery.
