Scrum Master

Enable multiple US-based cross-functional agile teams within SAFe to deliver PI objectives aligned to Product and Release Management
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Remove impediments and manage risks and cross-team dependencies across ARTs
Partner with Product Management for backlog readiness, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment
Track execution using Agile metrics (velocity, predictability) and drive continuous improvement
Ensure transparency through regular stakeholder communication and status reporting
8-12 years overall experience, with minimum 4 years in Agile/Scrum roles (preferably SAFe)
Experience working with US-based distributed teams / global delivery models. Willingness to support US time zone overlap
Strong experience working with cross-functional teams in product/release environments
Proven ability to manage dependencies, stakeholder alignment, and delivery predictability
Seasoned Scrum Master operating as an individual contributor within a SAFe Agile environment, supporting multiple US based distributed teams and Release/Product Management objectives. Focuses on enabling end-to-end Agile execution, improving delivery predictability, and coaching teams on Agile best practices.
Works closely with Product Managers, RTEs, and cross-functional stakeholders to align delivery with business goals. Drives Agile maturity, manages dependencies, and mentors team members while ensuring adherence to SAFe processes.
