Technical Leadership
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for facility engineering.
Lead conceptual studies, FEED, detailed engineering, and brownfield modifications.
Review and approve engineering deliverables and technical decisions.
Ensure alignment with project objectives, safety standards, and best practices.
Facility Engineering
Develop and review facility design basis, layouts, and system configurations.
Support equipment selection, utilities design, and process integration.
Ensure compliance with API, ASME, ISO, IEC, and company standards.
Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, and design reviews.
Project & Operational Support
Provide technical solutions during design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Support troubleshooting, debottlenecking, and facility optimization.
Drive reliability and lifecycle performance improvements.
Stakeholder & Team Management
Interface with clients, EPC contractors, licensors, and vendors.
Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance.
Support proposal development and technical evaluations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Process Engineering (Master's preferred).
15-20+ years of oil & gas facility engineering experience.
Chartered Engineer or equivalent certification preferred.
