PFA Job Description:

Position: Application Packaging & Endpoint Management Engineer
Experience: 5–10 Years
Location: Chennai
Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (Mandatory)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in Application Packaging, Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Endpoint Management, and Windows Administration. The ideal candidate should have experience in packaging, deployment, troubleshooting, patch management, and application lifecycle management in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities

• Package, repackage, test, and deploy enterprise applications.
• Create and manage MSI, MST, MSIX, App-V, and Intune packages.
• Deploy applications using SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune.
• Perform application compatibility testing and remediation.
• Manage software distribution, patch management, and endpoint compliance.
• Troubleshoot application installation and deployment issues.
• Support Windows 10/11 migration and endpoint modernization initiatives.
• Create deployment documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Work with Active Directory, Group Policies, and endpoint security policies.
• Automate deployment activities using PowerShell, VBScript, or Batch scripting.
• Participate in change management, release management, and production deployments.
• Provide support in a 24x7 enterprise environment.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in Chennai and support 24x7 rotational shifts.
