Software Engineer III

Required :

4+ years of experience as a full stack engineer in tech-based companies, preferably start-ups.

Proficient in React, JavaScript (ES6), HTML5 and CSS3.

Proficiency in Redux and Redux Saga.

Familiarity with frontend architecture patterns and design systems.

Experience in Python and its ecosystem is a must.

Should be inclined towards frontend but flexible to work on backend when there's a need.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative, and metrics-driven environments.

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

Ability to work with complex business flows and deal with huge amounts of data.

Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and secure coding techniques.

A comprehensive understanding of Computer Science concepts and ability to apply expertise in object-oriented design, multi-threaded architecture, data structures, algorithms, and cybersecurity.

Ability to write quality, modular, maintainable, secure and testable code.

Software Engineer will be involved in configuration, security, resilience, performance tuning and production monitoring.

Write secure, stable, testable, maintainable code with minimal defects.

Responsibilities :

Build and ship full-stack features using React and Python.

Implement and run experiments (A/B tests) to validate hypotheses and optimize user flows.

Consume and design APIs (if needed) with attention to performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Actively participate in code reviews

Maintain code quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Interact with the Product teams, and other stakeholders & implement the features.

Mentor junior developers with best coding practices and processes.
