What You'll Do
Own the Complete Sales Cycle
- Engage with international prospects through calls, video meetings, WhatsApp, and emails
- Understand customer pain points and identify educational needs
- Conduct consultative sales conversations and product demonstrations
- Build trust with parents and students across global markets
- Handle objections confidently and negotiate effectively
- Drive urgency and close high-value deals
Manage Leads Effectively
- Follow up with warm and assigned leads promptly
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines
- Prioritise high-intent customers and maximise conversions
- Achieve daily productivity and activity benchmarks
Become a Product Expert
- Develop deep understanding of Codeyoung's offerings
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
- Position the product effectively against alternatives
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Deliver Business Impact
- Consistently achieve monthly revenue targets
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Customer Acquisition

- Ability to work in rotational shifts aligned with international markets
