What You'll Do

Own the Complete Sales Cycle

  • Engage with international prospects through calls, video meetings, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Understand customer pain points and identify educational needs
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations and product demonstrations
  • Build trust with parents and students across global markets
  • Handle objections confidently and negotiate effectively
  • Drive urgency and close high-value deals

Manage Leads Effectively

  • Follow up with warm and assigned leads promptly
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines
  • Prioritise high-intent customers and maximise conversions
  • Achieve daily productivity and activity benchmarks

Become a Product Expert

  • Develop deep understanding of Codeyoung's offerings
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
  • Position the product effectively against alternatives
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Deliver Business Impact

  • Consistently achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 1-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Customer Acquisition
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts aligned with international markets
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and productivity platforms
