Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP SCM APO Consultant to support an AMS-based SAP landscape. The role involves end-to-end support of APO processes including demand planning, supply network planning, and production planning, ensuring stable and optimized supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
AMS / Support Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 AMS support for SAP APO processes
Handle incidents, service requests, problem management, and minor enhancements
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
Monitor and ensure SLA adherence and ticket closure efficiency
Support planning cycle activities
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
Maintain documentation, KT materials, and SOPs
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
SAP APO Functional Responsibilities
Demand Planning (DP) - Forecasting, planning books, macros
Supply Network Planning (SNP) - Heuristics, CTM, deployment
Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS)
Resolve planning inconsistencies and master data issues
Support integration with ECC
Work on CIF integration and data consistency
Integration & Technical Responsibilities
Support APO-ECC integration
Monitor CIF queues and background jobs
Resolve planning and integration issues
Work with ABAP team for debugging
Governance & Process Excellence
Follow ITIL processes
Participate in ticket trend analysis
Drive process improvements and automation
Support audit and reporting needs
