Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the architectural design and end-to-end implementation of Kinaxis Maestro solutions for complex supply chain planning processes, including:
o Supply Planning
o Demand & Forecasting
o Available-to-Promise (ATP)
o Aggregate Supply Planning
o Capacity Planning
o Supplier Collaboration
o Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) (Critical)
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Kinaxis RapidResponse and enterprise systems using ETL and data integration tools such as Talend, Informatica, and Snowflake (Critical)
• Provide architectural guidance and hands-on expertise across major ERP platforms, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and Oracle (High)
• Act as a Kinaxis subject-matter expert, advising stakeholders on Maestro capabilities, best practices, constraints, and optimal solution approaches (High)
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and enterprise architects to ensure alignment and successful project delivery (High)
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, robust technical designs and Kinaxis Maestro configurations (High)
• Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, standards, and design guidelines for Kinaxis Maestro implementations (High)
• Apply modern technology architecture principles, including APIs, microservices, and cloud-based services, to support scalable and future-ready solutions (High)
• Stay current with new Kinaxis Maestro features, industry trends, and emerging technologies, proactively proposing innovative improvements (High)
• Work effectively within Agile Scrum and/or Kanban delivery models, collaborating with cross-functional delivery teams (High)
• Apply a working understanding of DevSecOps principles to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient solution delivery (High)
• Bring deep functional understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and digitally connected supply chain ecosystems across industries (High)

• Strong experience designing and supporting complex enterprise integrations using ETL and data platforms (Critical)

• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical architectures (High)
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills (High)
