Job Description

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical / industrial engineering / manufacturing engineering.
• 5-10 years of experience
• Strong working knowledge of PPAP, PFMEA, APQP, SPC, MSA, GD&T, and Control Plan.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Design and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using Creo, specifically for assembly components and processes.
• Apply GD&T principles to ensure precision and functionality in assembly designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance with engineering standards.
• Lead and support PPAP documentation and submission processes for assembly parts.
• Conduct PFMEA to identify and mitigate potential failure modes in the assembly process.
• Participate in APQP activities to ensure robust product quality planning.
• Develop and maintain Control Plans for assembly operations to ensure consistent product quality.
• Utilize SPC and MSA techniques to monitor and improve process capability.
