Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities) |
- Lead and deliver SAP FICO solutions for complex business processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
- Manage and configure tax-related scenarios including tax cession, reverse charge mechanisms, and tax reporting.
- Implement and support electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) in accordance with local legal requirements (e.g., Brazil, India, Italy, etc.).
- Customize and localize SAP functionalities to support country-specific legal and financial compliance, including local chart of accounts, statutory reports, and tax structures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP SD, MM, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide system solutions, and deliver high-quality documentation.
- Provide production support, incident management, and system enhancements for global/local rollouts.
- Stay updated with evolving financial regulations and ensure SAP system remains compliant.

Mandatory skills* |
- 10+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO consultant.
- Deep understanding of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, etc.).
- Proven experience with tax cession scenarios and configuration.
- Strong exposure to localization topics in multiple countries (preferably LATAM, EMEA, or APAC).
- Experience implementing e-invoicing solutions and integrating with government portals.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global team environment.
