Solution Architecture & Design

  • Architect end-to-end solutions using D365 CE, Customer Insights - Data, and Journeys.
  • Design real-time marketing journeys using trigger-based automation across email, SMS, and push channels.
  • Define and implement data models, segments, and unified customer profiles.
  • Integrate D365 CE with Power Platform, Azure services, and third-party systems.

Customer Insights & Journey Orchestration

  • Leverage Customer Insights - Data to build rich customer segments and predictive scoring models.
  • Use AI-driven recommendations to personalize content and channel selection.
  • Ensure seamless orchestration of real-time journeys across touchpoints.

Technical Leadership

  • Guide development teams on best practices for D365 CE and marketing modules.
  • Own technical roadmaps, estimations, and architecture governance.
  • Lead sprint planning, solution reviews, and stakeholder workshops.

Compliance & Optimization

  • Ensure GDPR and consent management compliance across marketing activities.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize journeys for engagement and conversion.

Implement feedback loops and continuous improvement strategies.

Mandatory skills

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Deep knowledge of D365 CE (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).
    • Experience with Customer Insights - Data and Journeys (Real-Time Marketing).
    • Familiarity with Azure Functions, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Certifications:
    • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Marketing Functional Consultant Associate (MB-220).
    • Microsoft Certified: Customer Data Platform Specialty (MB-260) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
    • Ability to translate business goals into technical solutions.
