Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Security, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
As an SD-WAN Network Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Performing software and firmware upgrades for SD-WAN Customer Premises Equipment (CPEs) and ensuring alignment with corresponding controller/manager versions.

Managing patch deployment for SD-WAN devices.

Executing remote device replacements due to hardware failures or end-of-life.
- Developing and implementing configuration validation and rollback plans.

Coordinating with customers to schedule maintenance windows and secure approvals.

Conducting post-upgrade validation and generating compliance reports.

Maintaining accurate inventory and version tracking across all sites.
- Updating documentation and the knowledge base.
- Validating automated execution processes.
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong understanding of telecommunications and security principles.
- Fundamental knowledge of the OSI model, TCP/IP, and IP Routing.

Proficiency in routing protocols, including BGP, OSPF, and GRE.
- Experience with Unix-based systems is a plus.
- Fortinet and other security certifications are highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
