Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of the end-to-end Oracle testing and automation initiatives within the transformation programme and managing interdependencies of ongoing projects workstreams.
- Work with 3rd Party solution providers and implementation partners to plan, design, and execute the testing projects.
- Lead and mentor QA testers and automation engineers, providing guidance and support.
- Train team members on QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Foster a collaborative and high performing team environment
