• Strong expertise in Amdocs CES Billing Data Model and Functionality, including:
o Customer Billing Product (CBP)
o Amdocs Billing APIs and Web Services
o Account and Product Management
o Rating and Discounting Logic
o Bill Generation, Invoicing
o Payments, Collections, Adjustments, and Journaling
• Hands-on experience with scripting and data transformation technologies:
• UNIX/Linux Shell scripting
• Oracle PL/SQL (procedures, packages, collections)
• Perl, XML, JSON for data parsing and interface development
• Knowledge of other scripting languages like Perl, Python, Java.
• Deep knowledge in solution architecture and design of complex billing systems and integrations (e.g., CRM, Mediation, Finance, OCS).
