• Provide day-to-day support for SAP PaPM, including issue resolution, performance tuning, and user assistance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure and enhance SAP PaPM models, rules, and functions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues.
• Support testing, documentation, and training activities.
• Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams (S/4HANA, BW/4HANA) to ensure seamless integration.
