1) 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and architecture

Strong experience in ServiceNow integrations (REST, OAuth2, MID Server).

2) Experience working with IntegrationHub, Spokes and Scoped Apps.

3) Ability to build and customize record producers, flows - using flow designer.

4) Experience with DocuSign integration (ServiceNow Spoke or custom API).

5) Experience integrating with external platforms such as GoWork (or similar systems)

6) Deep understanding of HRSD practices and request fulfillment workflows

Certifications:-

1) CSA

2) CIS – ITSM, CIS - HRSD

3) CAD
