Role: Oracle ADF/BPM Developer
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 6+months
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in India)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, support, and enhance enterprise applications built on Oracle ADF, BPM, SOA Suite, PL/SQL, and WebLogic.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize Oracle BPM workflows and human task integrations to improve performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute migration strategies from legacy architectures to RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Analyze, test, and ensure compatibility of BPM and SOA services within upgraded WebLogic environments.
  • Support integration between ADF/BPM processes and Oracle PL/SQL back-end systems and services.
  • Collaborate with Tech lead to develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, workflow diagrams, and migration plans.
  • Ensure adherence to security, performance, and coding standards across all application components.
  • Effectively leverage approved AI tools and technologies to improve development efficiency, troubleshooting, and automation within established guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies (ADF, Oracle BPM , SOA Suite, WebLogic) .
  • Experience in WebLogic version upgrades (e.g., 11g to 12c or higher).
  • Proficiency in Oracle ADF for front-end integration with BPM workflows.
  • Experience in deploying and configuring applications on Oracle WebLogic Server.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle Database and PL/SQL to troubleshoot backend issues.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Bitbucket, Bamboo) and source control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket).
  • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, automated testing, and continuous integration practices.
  • Prior experience in modernizing legacy Oracle applications or integrating AI/automation into business workflows is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in complex environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
