Within CEG, theColleague Services (CS)organization plays a key role in enabling this mission by delivering exceptional services, capabilities, data, and insights. TheColleague Product Management (CPM)team within CS leads the strategy, development, and delivery of digital products that power the colleague experience across the enterprise.

We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Product Director - Compensation, Payroll & Benefits to lead the product strategy, roadmap, and governance for a global portfolio of platforms supporting Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Total Rewards.

This leader will drive platform modernization across Oracle HCM and a broad ecosystem of third-party SaaS solutions, partnering with Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Technology, Finance, Risk Management, and Servicing teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and colleague-centric experiences. The role will lead cross-functional teams responsible for product delivery, vendor management, AI enablement, operational controls, and data governance.

The role will report to the Vice President of Colleague Product Management and will be hybrid from our Gurgaon office.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise technology products, platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Significant experience supporting Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, HR Operations, or Total Rewards functions.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, including Compensation, Core HR, Workforce Administration, and related Total Rewards capabilities.
  • Experience managing global payroll platforms and providers (e.g., ADP) and integrating payroll solutions with Oracle HCM and related enterprise systems
  • Experience managing complex ecosystems of third-party SaaS providers and enterprise platform integrations.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale product strategy, platform modernization, and transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of payroll operations, benefits administration, compensation processes, compliance requirements, and associated controls.
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments with strong governance and risk management requirements.
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and driving alignment across matrixed organizations.
  • Experience leading agile product organizations and cross-functional delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing or managing Oracle HCM Cloud transformations at global scale.
  • Knowledge of benefits administration platforms, payroll providers, workforce management systems, and HR service delivery technologies.
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, and digital servicing capabilities within HR or employee experience environments.
  • Product management, Agile, PMP, or related certifications.
  • Experience operating within global organizations supporting diverse colleague populations across multiple regions.

How Will You Make an Impact in This Role?

Product Strategy & Delivery

  • Define and execute the multi-year strategy and roadmap for Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Total Rewards platforms.
  • Establish product priorities, investment strategies, and success metrics aligned to business and colleague needs.
  • Shape future-state architecture and technology investment decisions across the Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits product portfolio
  • Lead modernization initiatives across Oracle HCM and integrated SaaS platforms.
  • Own product governance, prioritization, release planning, and delivery in partnership with Technology and business stakeholders.
  • Drive large-scale implementations, upgrades, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
  • Leverage AI, automation, analytics, and self-service capabilities to improve efficiency and colleague experience.

Vendor Ecosystem Management

  • Lead the strategy and management of a complex ecosystem of Oracle HCM, payroll providers, benefits administrators, and third-party SaaS platforms supporting Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Administration.
  • Oversee vendor performance, service quality, commercial commitments, and platform optimization.
  • Drive integration strategies across Oracle HCM, payroll providers, benefits administrators, financial systems, and servicing platforms.


Operational Excellence, Controls & Risk Management

  • Partner with Compliance, Legal, Control Management, and Technology Risk teams to maintain strong governance and control frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory, privacy, payroll, and data governance requirements.
  • Lead audit support, issue remediation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the platform portfolio.

Stakeholder Leadership & Influence

  • Serve as the primary product leader across Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Technology, Finance, and Colleague Services stakeholders.
  • Build alignment among senior leaders, secure investment, and drive execution of strategic priorities.
  • Communicate product strategy, risks, outcomes, and recommendations to executive leadership.

People Leadership

  • Build and lead high-performing teams of product managers and subject matter experts.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, continuous learning, and excellence in product management and agile delivery.
