Education Qualification
  • Any Graduate
  • Postgraduation in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations is preferred

  • Certification Required
    • No mandatory certification
    • Certifications in Labor Laws, HR Operations, Industrial Relations, or Administration will be an added advantage

HR Responsibilities
  • Manage endtoend HR operations at site, including onboarding, induction, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and exits.
  • Act as the single point of contact for employee relations at site.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory acts, contractor labor laws, and applicable statutory requirements.
  • Handle contract labor management, including vendor coordination, manpower deployment, and compliance tracking.
  • Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and support performance management processes.
  • Support recruitment activities and coordination with central TA teams for site manpower requirements.
  • Implement company HR policies and ensure consistent communication across the site.
Administration Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee daytoday administrative operations of the site/plant.
  • Oversee facility management, including accommodation, transport, security, housekeeping, and canteen services.
  • Handle procurement and inventory related to administrative requirements.
  • Manage vendor contracts, service providers, and ensure service quality and cost control.
  • Prepare, monitor, and control administrative budgets and expenses.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to support project/site operations.
  • Supervise and guide site admin and HR support staff.
  • Provide regular reports and MIS to senior management on HR & admin activities.
