Tech Lead - Power Automate Job

We are looking forward to hire Power Automate Professionals in the following areas :

Purpose: Lead the optimisation, and governance of the Microsoft Power Platform. Drive sustainable adoption and internal capability building.

As a Power Automate Leaf your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, test, and deploy workflows and automation solutions using Microsoft's Power Automate platform. Your role will require you to have a strong understanding of software engineering principles and a deep understanding of the Power Automate platform.

1. Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and requirements.
2. Designing and developing Power Automate workflows to automate business processes.
3. Configuring connectors to integrate Power Automate with other systems and applications.
4. Testing and troubleshooting workflows to ensure they meet business requirements.
5. Creating documentation and training materials for end-users.
6. Preparing documents such as technical specifications, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
7. Working with other software engineers to integrate Power Automate workflows with other systems and applications.
8. Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to other engineers.
9. Keeping up to date with the latest trends and technologies in automation and workflow design.

Power Automate Developer:

Must Have Knowledge:

• Power Automate Desktop and cloud flows
• Knowledge on ALM
• RPA Lifecycle
• Preparation of documents such as SDD, PDD, Test case document, Deployment Guide, User Manual, Production Checklist
• AI Builder

Good to have knowledge:

• VBA, HTML
• Power Apps

Power Apps Developer:

Must Have Knowledge:

• Power Apps - Canvas and Model Driven apps
• Power Automate Desktop Flows
• should be familiar with integrating Power Apps with other systems, such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs
• Should have a solid understanding of the Power Platform and its components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
• should be able to test and debug your Power Apps to ensure they are functioning correctly and meeting user requirements
• Knowledge on ALM
• Preparation of documents such as SDD, PDD, Test case document, Deployment Guide, User Manual, Production Checklist

Good to have knowledge:

• VBA, HTML
• Power Automate Desktop flow
• AI Builder

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the Power Automate platform, as well as experience with other automation and integration tools. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, as you will be working closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other software engineers. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented and able to work independently, as well as part of a team. Experience with document preparation and technical writing is also beneficial for this role.
