  • Drive sales activities across assigned territories to achieve revenue targets.
  • Generate revenue through direct customers and strategic alliance/channel partners.
  • Acquire new customers directly and through partners within the industry segment to support the organization's business plan.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners to drive repeat and incremental business.
  • Manage key customer accounts to support business growth and ensure account retention.
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline data in SFDC for effective opportunity tracking.
  • Manage sales funnel, revenue projections, and inventory forecasts to identify and capture business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Projects, SCM, Finance, Marcom, and Expert Services teams while serving as the Account Manager for customers.
  • Assess, clarify, and validate customers' strategic business needs and performance expectations on a regular basis.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and relationship management.
  • Coordinate with internal sales channels to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth business operations.
  • Work closely with partner sales teams to maximize market reach and sales performance.
  • Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns to support business growth.
