This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow, strong domain knowledge of telecommunications workflows, and leadership in guiding end-to-end implementations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Design & Development\nConfigure and customize ServiceNow TSM ,OMT ,CPQ modules.\nBuild telecom order flows, product catalogs, and service models.\nDevelop workflows, client/server scripts, and integrations (REST/SOAP).\nEnsure scalability, performance, and compliance with ServiceNow best practices.\nImplementation & Delivery\nLead full lifecycle implementations of TSM & OMT.\nTranslate business requirements into technical solutions.\nManage incident, problem, and change management processes.\nProvide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization.\nCollaboration & Leadership\nPartner with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.\nMentor junior developers and guide agile sprint delivery.\nDocument technical designs and maintain system configurations.
