This is not a role for someone who simply creates attractive layouts—we need a designer who understands user psychology, modern design trends, brand storytelling, and conversion optimization.\n\nYou will be responsible for designing visually stunning, high-performing websites that help businesses generate leads, build trust, and drive measurable growth.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign modern, premium-quality websites from concept to final UI.\nCreate high-converting landing pages focused on lead generation and sales.\nDevelop wireframes, user journeys, and interactive prototypes.\nDesign responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile.\nCollaborate with developers, marketers, and content teams.\nTranslate brand guidelines into compelling digital experiences.\nConduct competitor research and identify opportunities for differentiation.\nApply UX best practices and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.\nCreate design systems and scalable component libraries.\nStay current with emerging design trends, AI tools, and web technologies.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nEssential Skills\nStrong portfolio showcasing modern website and landing page designs.\nAdvanced proficiency in: Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator\nDeep understanding of UX/UI design principles.\nStrong typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy skills.\nExperience designing websites for B2B, SaaS, Manufacturing, Professional Services, or E-commerce brands.\nUnderstanding of responsive and mobile-first design.\nAbility to present and justify design decisions.\n\nBonus Points\nExperience designing in WordPress.\nKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints.\nFamiliarity with UK, Australian, or US accountancy or paraplanning markets.\nExperience with motion design and micro-interactions.\nUnderstanding of SEO and conversion optimization.\nExperience using AI-powered design tools.\n\nIf you are passionate about web design and looking for a dynamic role where you can make a significant impact, we would love to hear from you!
