Content Strategy Associate

At PropSpot , we're building one of the fastest-growing real estate content brands in Gurgaon.

Our content reaches over 1 million people every month, and we're looking for someone who understands how great content is planned, created, and distributed.

If you spend time analysing creators, studying hooks, understanding audience psychology, and thinking about why certain content performs better than others, this role is for you.

• Plan and execute Instagram content strategy
• Research trends, competitors, creators, and content opportunities
• Write hooks, scripts, captions, and content briefs
• Work closely with founders to turn market insights into engaging content
• Manage content calendars and publishing schedules
• Track content performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop concepts for organic content and paid ads
• Coordinate with editors, designers, and creators to ensure content goes live smoothly
• Help build content systems that drive awareness, trust, and inbound leads

• 0 to 2 years of experience in content, marketing, social media, or related fields
• Strong written communication skills
• Someone who genuinely enjoys content creation and social media
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
• Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content
• Analytical mindset with the ability to learn from content performance data
• Comfortable working full-time from our office in DLF Phase 2, Gurgaon
