Job Description\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and implement optimization models, with a focus on linear programming and related techniques\nWork with large-scale datasets to extract insights and drive business decisions\nBuild robust, efficient, and scalable solutions using Python and Gurobi\nCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions\nIndependently manage end-to-end data science/optimization projects\nValidate, test, and deploy models in production environments\nCommunicate findings, insights, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences\nYOUR PROFILE\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n6+ years of experience in Data Science, Optimization, or related fields\nStrong programming expertise in Python\nHands-on experience with Gurobi or similar optimization solvers\nSolid understanding of linear optimization techniques\nExperience working with large datasets and data processing frameworks\nFamiliarity with Git for version control\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel\nAbility to work independently and manage priorities effectively\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nRetail or Logistics domain preferred
